Hialeah, FL (January 1, 2022) – Sentury Tire USA launched ACCESS 360 on January 1, an on-demand customer portal designed to revolutionize the way partners engage with Sentury’s factory direct and warehouse programs. From streamlining the ordering process to giving visual updates on where orders are “on-the-water”, the dynamic portal gives partners access to all the information and tools they need to make real-time decisions in rapidly-fluctuating sales environments. Upon sign-on, a robust dashboard directs Sentury distributors via video and marketing content tailored to their needs.

Through ACCESS 360, partners can place multiple orders 24/7, manage them from point A to Z, and track deliveries on a map in real-time, whether they are traveling via rail, road or sea. The portal brings warehouses into the showroom, allowing customers to see what SKUs are currently available, apply specialty filters to narrow their selection and process orders from the comfort of their office. They can also retrieve packing lists, download account statements, process returns, submit claims and adjustments on-demand, as well as schedule shipments in the future.
