Sentury Tire USA is proud to provide ACCESS 360, an on-demand customer portal designed to revolutionize the way partners engage with Sentury’s factory direct and warehouse programs. Access 360 provides the most up-to-date information on your orders, helps you take control of the ordering process, and allows you to track your orders in real time.
From streamlining the ordering process to giving visual updates on where orders are “on-the-water”, the dynamic portal gives partners access to all the information and tools they need to make real-time decisions in rapidly-fluctuating sales environments. Access 360 benefits Accounting, Procurement, and Receiving departments, and allows access to Claims Adjustment and Warranty departments, to give customers more control, insight and information about their orders.
Upon sign-on, a robust dashboard directs Sentury distributors via video and marketing content tailored to their needs. Sentury also offers a refresher video with an overview on how to use this one-of-a-kind portal and make use of each tool, as well as shorter videos on how to use individual tools in the Access 360 library.
